Habit Addict is Formed

So I've decided that I have enough bad habits/addictions, clearly it's easy enough for me to form them...so hopefully I can take that addictive personality and use it for something positive. First habit I'm trying to form is to read everyday for 20 minutes. I have a feeling this will most likely take place right before bed, but I do work odd hours, so there could be a few early morning reads too.

Other habits/addictions I'd like to form:
Flossing daily.
Keep a Journal.
Exercising 4 days a week.
Eating fruits/vegetables at every meal.
Doing laundry every other day.
Hanging up my coat every time I come home.
Putting my keys and purse in the same place when I come home.
Deleting emails as they come into my inbox.
Taking off my shoes in the same place.
Stretching every morning.
Taking my vitamins/supplements every day.

Let's start with only a few at a time...so this month will be reading every day for 20 minutes and going to Zumba twice a week.
